Yes, all USA orders over $50 before taxes and after applicable discounts qualify for free standard shipping. 

We have listed a general sizing guide under our size chart, but items differ according to the brand. We try to provide guidance in the specific item descriptions to better serve you.

Returns & exchanges

We’re bummed your item didn’t work out, but it is easy to return! 

Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT. 

You may request store credit within 15 days of receiving your order.

Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a store credit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email of a gift card in the amount of the item(s) you purchased.

Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact, and free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage. 

Please contact us to inform us of your return.

Inside of your return, please include your order number and a note of why you are requesting an exchange or store credit.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Initial order shipping cost will not be refunded. Werner & Co. is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. Please consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. 

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

All sale items 30% off or more and sale tan are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items that are final sale : intimates, jewlery, hats, swimwear, and bodysuits.

If item is damaged, send a photo within 2 days of delivery to wernerandco@gmail.com to receive store credit.

After inspecting your return and you're approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be emailed to you 7-10 business days.
